I am a skilled, experienced Counsellor/Coach BACP registered. I work at Dallington Fitness centre, where you can relax and feel and safe to explore your current life issues. This is a Non-Judgemental, Person-Centred approach where you can work towards finding the tools to cope with anger and pain and to gain resilience to live your life and reach your full potential. My background is in Psychology and I am currently undertaking a Master’s degree at Oxford Brookes University.
I work in a person centred therapy which means putting the client first and also being non-judgemental the session are confidential. I have worked with people who are terminal ill also their families. I have worked with:
- domestic violence
- bereavement and loss
- young children coping with issues
- young adults bereavement and loss.
As well as working in private practice in counselling I also coach people in different settings.
What can the person expect.
The session will last for 50 minutes to 1 hour the session will be every week usually at the same time and date but this is flexible.
What happens at the first contact.
At the first session we will discuss the client issues and problems If the client what to go ahead with session will make appointment for session and discuss a fee however the introductory session will be free.
I am a member of the British Psychological Society and also the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapy. I am committed to continue professional development within counselling and coaching and to abide by the ethical Framework of good practice.

Sessions are 50 minutes the cost is £40 per session.
