Profile

I offer a professional, caring, confidential and respectful counselling service.  I am a fully qualified councellor, with an advanced diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.  This is a combination of Person Centred, Gestalt and Cognative Therapy.  This means to you, that I can help you to understand why you are feeling the way you feel and help you to move forward to a happier and more fulfilled life.  

I am a member of the BACP, I work with people of all ages, I also work with people coming to terms with their diagnosis of Cancer, depression, grief, post natal depression, abuse, sexuality, stress, work related stress, dealing with change. This is only a short example of the things I can help you with. 

I am also a hypnotherapist and NLP master practitioner and HypnoBirthing Practitioner.
