I am a fully qualified counsellor with many years experience working with individuals and couples on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties.
Research has shown that the single most important factor in predicting the outcome of therapy is the quality of the relationship between the client and the therapist. I think it is very important that you take the time to find a person with whom you feel comfortable and safe enough to speak openly. I hope that person will be me, but if not I can certainly recommend other colleagues that you might find helpful.
Please give me a call or send me an email if you would like to talk to me further or ask any questions about the service I can provide.
My practice is within The Consulting Rooms on West George Street, which is located very centrally within Glasgow.
