Or struggling in your current relationships?I am an experienced therapist with years in the NHS working with clients of all backgrounds to find solutions and feel better. I offer you a supportive, non-judgmental space to talk through issues and achieve positive changes. Often starting the process can be anxiety provoking so I offer a first initial meeting free so that you can ask questions and get a sense of how it works and to ensure you feel comfortable in our working together.

I am an integrative psychotherapist working with all ages which means that I draw on various theories to ensure that the support clients receive is tailor made for them and their needs. I currently work part time in private practice and part time in the Nhs. I am happy to work with a wide range of difficulties that clients may present with both short and long term including anger management, depression, anxiety and abuse. I have a specialist area in working with trauma in all ages and attachment in children and adolescents.

• Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy level 1: Attachment based trauma therapy

I have worked as a therapist in the National Health Service in both adult and children's services for the past 10 years developing my skills in working with clients on all levels. I have a lot of experience in working with clients who have mental health needs including depression, anxiety and anger management and young people who present with difficult and challenging behaviours including self harm. I am UKCP registered and thus work within the guidelines of safe practice.

Initial consultation is free thereafter sessions are

• £40 per 50 minute individual session
• £45 per 50 minute couple session
• £50 for attachment trauma therapy
