I am an experienced counsellor offering you a supportive, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore what is stopping you from living your life more fully.
I am trained in Integrative Psychosynthesis which offers a soulful perspective that honours body, mind and spirit. Whether you are struggling to make sense of your life, feeling overwhelmed or desperate, I believe counselling can offer a space to stop and take stock. This takes place within a therapeutic relationship which can support you to work through the issues that are troubling you whether they be in the present or intruding from the past. We co-create this process together and find out what works best for you.
I am a 5 minute walk from West Norwood station and 10 mins from Tulse Hill station, and on a good bus service from Brixton, Crystal Palace and Croydon.
