Lydia Browne Registered Member MBACP, Counsellor and Supervisor
Hello. Come in and have a seat.
Are you experiencing personal and emotional difficulties and struggling to cope? Or you may be experiencing feelings from your past that have resurfaced to cause you further distress?
Perhaps you are feeling angry, depressed, anxious/stressed, misunderstood, fearful, sad, lonely, generally unhappy an confused? You can't simply "just get on with it" or "pull yourself together". You might be feeling tired and drained, and it is hard for you to function in your day to day life, with things like work, family or close relationships.
It can be hard to walk around with these challenging emotions, and it might seem as though "everyone else is OK" and that there is "something wrong with me". You may have tried to talk to your friends and family but still feel as if nothing has changed, Or perhaps there is no one you can share these thoughts and feelings with.
The thought of talking to a compete stranger about your innermost feelings can seem scary. So well done for being brave enough to take the first step by looking at this page.
