About me

I'm an experienced Psychotherapist offering individual therapy to young adults and adults of all ages in Richmond, London, both in English and Portuguese.

My experience has been gained over a number of years in the NHS, a top London University, and in private practice. I am registered and accredited Member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

I see clients with a range of issues including bereavement, depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and relationship problems, and the specific obstacles faced by young adults.

I strongly believe that psychotherapy enables people to fulfill their potential and live a richer and more balanced life.

The initial assessment meeting is an opportunity for you to talk about what matters to you, and what concerns you. I will help you to feel comfortable with me, feel able to raise your concerns, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and decide ways forward.
