About me

I offer counselling in Kensington and Harley St specialising in individual therapy with adults, adolescents and couples  I offer confidential therapy sessions in a safe, non judgmental environment. I believe everyone has the right to fulfil their true potential so if something or someone is stopping that, together we can work through the issue or reasons why you feel stuck.

It can be easy to blame others but sometimes we need to look at ourselves to really see what is going on. The only person guaranteed to always be with you is YOU! so why not try to be the best person you can be. I often hear 'but I've always been like this' which is fine if you like that particular behaviour or trait of your personality. However, if this causes you pain or upset we can work on changing things. Learnt behaviours are exactly that learnt so you can change with some help. Change can sound scary but working together without judgement can improve your self-worth allowing you to fulfil your potential and enjoy life again.

I have appeared on Sky News and BBC radio stations to debate current mental health issues and topics, offering my impartial advice and opinions on the current difficulties facing many people.

Send me an email to discuss your situation, I am always keen to hear from new clients.

My specialised approach to counselling focuses around building a relationship with my clients and working with them to alleviate issues and improve their self worth.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
