Lucy Chave Dip.Couns. BACP, Adults And Young People
43 Downing Street
Life can be challenging and many people experience emotional difficulties at one time or another. Talking to a qualified counsellor who is separate from your everyday life allows you to explore the challenges you face in an empathic, non-judgemental and confidential environment.
Counselling is a journey which can be tough but my role is to be by your side as you take it. I do not offer you advice or tell you what to do, but I listen so that you can become clearer about what you are experiencing and come to a deeper personal understanding of what you are going through and who you are.
