I believe everyone possesses the resources to face the difficulties that life inevitably presents, but sometimes we need help to find our own strength. The privacy and anonymity of counselling can provide a helpful space to ‘put’ your concerns, and the time to reflect on them within the context of a safe and supportive relationship.
After an initial conversation on the phone, the first session acts as a mutual assessment, in which we can discuss the challenges you currently face, what you hope to achieve in therapy, and whether my approach seems right for you.
I offer open-ended, or short-term counselling on a weekly or twice-weekly basis.
