I am an experienced counsellor and practice in Victoria, SW1 and Clapham helping people with low self-esteem, relationship problems, depression, dissociative disorders, divorce and bereavement, also trauma, domestic and sexual violence.
Talking about your concerns is the first step to feeling better about yourself and moving forward. Therapy is an opportunity to explore your issues and conflicts creating a framework for a more positive outlook.
I see people for short or long term, adapting to working in the way most helpful to the individual. I listen carefully and build a relationship in a confidential, calm and safe atmosphere that encourages open and honest conversation on what can often be a painful subject, helping to develop self-awareness and insight.
I also work in the voluntary sector with bereavement, trauma and victims of crime.

WPF Diploma in Counselling (Introduction to Counselling and Psychotherapy)
HPD in Counselling (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy accredited course, BACP)
