Sex and Intimacy Expert

I offer individuals and couples the space and time to explore physical and psychological aspects of sexual functioning together with other complex issues within a relationship, freely and without judgement.

I offer a bespoke therapy tailored to each individual and couple, assisting them to explore areas of concern; communication, intimacy issues, sexual difficulties and other relationship problems. All in a safe, secure and confidential environment.

I have experience working across a broad variety of issues and difficulties that include: relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety and depression, sex and intimacy issues, sexual dysfunction in both men and women, low self esteem, specific age and stage related issues. As well as sexual abuse, addiction, infidelity and childhood trauma.

I have a vast array of tools, techniques and templates for all manner of issues, that have proven to be incredibly beneficial in repairing and healing the lives of those I have worked with.

How I work…

My techniques are centred around giving you the opportunity to review, repair or relinquish a relationship allowing for personal growth and awareness. Within Psychosexual Therapy there is the opportunity to discuss sex openly and explore your own sexuality, preferences and unique understanding of what sex means to you. This will be a liberating and illuminating experience which will empower you to improve intimacy with not only with the relationship but with yourself.

I am here to work through your goals whether that is to increase passion and pleasure in your relationship, communicate openly with ease or reconnect with yourself and partner.

Of course, at its heart, therapy is about forming a relationship, working with a person you can both trust and build a rapport which is vital. I would also say it is probably the most important element of successful therapy. I describe myself as a progressive therapist who generates change. The focus will be coming out of crisis to develop a new contract which will allow for a healthier happier relationship.

Individual and couples therapies are available by appointment, as well as via FaceTime and Zoom.

As a member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) I adhere to their Code of Ethics and practice guidelines.

As a psychosexual therapist I am able to acknowledge, not only the mental and emotional challenges you may be facing but also the physical, which may require further medical intervention. I am able to refer you onto your GP to ask for the required blood tests to eliminate any physiological problems.

When we talk about relationships, we intrinsicly include all aspects which includes your sex life. I offer an open space for us to discuss intimacy and sex on many levels. This includes but is not limited to; dysfunctions, addictions and intimacy issues.

I personally find talking about sex really easy and I want to be able to give you the confidence to do the same.

For a couples session, for 1 hour it is £120. For individuals, a 1 hour session is £80.

I also offer tailored and bespoke intensives for couples.
