Lorraine Warwick Counsellor Registered/MBACP
The counselling I offer is supportive and confidential to enable you to identify choices and to find ways to move forward. This may improve your relationships and ways of relating. For example I could help you to interact with people more comfortably or understand why you feel anxious or depressed. At times life can be difficult and stressful especially in the fast developing modern environment in which we all live. I have completed many courses to enhance my professional knowledge.
I offer counselling to provide support with various issues which you are finding difficulty with. I began my counselling journey in 2010, progressing to a 2 year diploma completed in 2012 and continue to enhance my professional knowledge.

Person-Centred therapy: The Person-Centred approach views that each person has the ability to move in the direction of a more fulfilling and satisfying way of being and living their lives. It is based on a trust in the inner resources of the person to find their own answers and direction. In a non-directive, non-advice giving way the Person-Centred counsellor provides the necessary conditions for this growth to develop. The client knows what hurts and has the capacity within the safety of a therapeutic relationship to begin a healing process.
