About me

Most people at some time in their lives experience difficulties or problems which leave them feeling anxious overwhelmed and exhausted. It is hoped that through counselling these difficult personal, emotional and practical issues can be explored and understood.

In my life I have had many different experiences, some positive, some negative and it is these that have led me on my journey to becoming a counsellor, my personal experiences enhance my work with people as they allow me to have a deeper understanding of how emotional and overwhelming life can be at times.

I am a professionally qualified (Dip.C) Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) working within their ethical framework for good practice.

I believe that each person is a unique individual with different needs, which is why I offer an Integrative approach to counselling.

Within my practice I work with individuals and couples. I provide a safe, confidential, empathic, non-judgmental environment for clients to talk about and explore any difficulties they maybe experiencing.
