Hello. I offer clients a safe place to talk about problems or difficult feelings which are disrupting their lives and emotional well-being. Difficult life events or stress can often lead to feeling over-whelmed or ‘stuck’ emotionally.
I help clients explore the root of their issue and support them whilst we untangle difficult emotions. My aim is to help clients resolve issues or get to an improved place of well-being. I tailor my sessions to suit each individual and work at a pace which suits them.
I have a practice in two locations; central London and Brighton and therefore I am able to accommodate clients based in either of these locations.
My counselling approach is integrative, which means I draw on more than one theoretical approach. This allows me to adapt my approach according to individual client needs.
I have experience of a wide range of client issues:
- Sexual abuse
- Relationship issues
- Low self esteem
- Anger management
Short-term sessions available (6-12)
Saturday appointments and Skype video sessions are also available.
