Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues or stress?
Would you like to understand your situation more clearly and have more control over challenging aspects in your life? Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) along with other counselling skills I can help you to find ways to change your situation and feel better about yourself.
My approach to counselling is based on patience, empathy and giving people the space and skills they need to explore their problems and find their own solutions.
Please visit my website annacbt.com to find out more information about who I am and how I could work with you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Masters Degree in Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy and am registered with the BACP. I have worked as a private practitioner for six years but previously worked in schools, colleges and universities for twenty years using counselling skills as part of my role.
I am a general counsellor and so have experience of working with a wide variety of counselling issues (please see the list below) but most people who come to see me are also suffering from anxiety, depression or stress.
You can call me or email me to discuss your particular situation and to see whether you think CBT can help you.
