I work with adults, mainly in the North London area. I offer both short and long-term therapy. I am interested in the relationship with my clients and I find everybody special and interesting. I work with anxiety, trauma, depression and anger.
In particular I offer support to people who have undergone bodily injuries, Armed Forces and Sport people (both amateurs or professionals) who are experiencing hardship due to an injury or because of retirement from competitive events. In these cases people are left with deep losses, loneliness and uncertainty about themselves.
I believe in the value of challenging my clients to help them to find their inner power and discover self-esteem through awareness and the capacity of evaluate different perspectives.
