Liz Rayner Registered Member MBACP; Dip.Couns: Prac.Dip
Southend On Sea
Are you looking for answers at the moment? Why do you feel anxious, depressed or simply unable to cope? Would you like to feel more in control? I can help you to explore the reasons for the way you are feeling and help you develop strategies to make things easier.
My name is Liz Rayner, and I am a local qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP, who understands only too well how the stresses and strains of everyday life can sometimes become overwhelming.
Whether these worries stem from work, home or social life, they can lead to frustration, a lack of confidence or even an inability to cope, and sometimes we just need someone to talk to, without being judged or lectured.
I can offer you the opportunity to step out of the chaos and into a calm and tranquil environment where we can work together to untangle those problems and find a way forward.
I can help with issues such as:-
- Relationship Issues
- Couples Counselling
- Work related issues
- Self Esteem
- Panic attacks
I do not believe in complicated and confusing jargon, but I do believe in offering a professional approach which is delivered in a gentle and empathic manner. I am fully qualified and have much experience in counselling children, teenagers and adults on a range of issues from coping skills, to self esteem and anger management and depression.
We are all different, and therefore, I do not believe in using rigid approaches to counselling, but prefer to work in an integrative way with each individual client, delivering a session which is tailored to their specific needs.
My main aim is to offer the client a high quality service in a calm and relaxing space. When they leave the session, I want the client to feel that they have really been listened to and also to feel more positive about their situation.
