Liz Hocking - Counsellor Reg MBACP
There are times in our lives when we need a little help and support. Counselling can offer a safe place where you can explore how you feel, think and behave in particular circumstances and allow you to decide in your own time what it maybe that you would like to be different and help you on the journey to achieve it.
I am a fully qualified and professionally registered humanistic counsellor. I provide a safe and open environment where you can explore and process, without judgement those issues which might be affecting your life.
I practice from my home, in Winchester approximately 1 mile from the train station, where there is ample free parking. I am also happy to visit you at your home following an initial session, this might be helpful if you have transport or childcare issues.
