Liz Harper MA DipSW DipCouns MBACP
Life can present some real challenges for us along the way and counselling can help to untangle, see from another perspective, explore and understand.
If you are looking for a counsellor, it can be a daunting and unknown process.
I am a fully qualified integratively trained counsellor and psychotherapist, with over 30 years of working with people in a number of different ways. I have worked with young people in prison, and in secondary schools, also with people of all ages in a GP referral centre and in my own private practice.
I work from a calm and tranquil office in a rural setting, and I can offer you a warm and comfortable confidential space to talk through what might be playing on your mind, or explore the changes you are considering making.
I work with clients on both a short term or long term basis, depending on individual need and assessment. I work with clients to build a trusting and safe relationship which will allow you to feel you can explore your feelings freely and without judgement enabling a greater sense of empowerment for your life ahead.
I work in a number of different ways with people, believing that each of us is a unique individual and no one approach suits us all.
