Profile

I provide a confidential, professional and caring counselling service enabling individuals to work through a range of different problems such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, bereavement and loss, relationship problems, life changes and other emotional issues.
I work with the principle that the clients needs are of the greatest importance.

Through my work as a Practice Nurse I developed an interest in counselling leading me to my present situation, wishing to help people live life in the way they desire and believing we all have the potential to achieve this.

I have rooms available in Towcester and Buckingham with disabled/wheelchair access in Buckingham.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am a qualified Humanistic Counsellor, the grounding of my training being in Person-Centred Counselling. I am also a member of the BACP.
I have experience with adults and adolescents with a range of problems and concerns.
