Lisa Rasulian FdSc MBACP
I offer a gentle, non-judgemental approach which can be helpful if you are feeling apprehensive about counselling. My intuition is a valuable asset; something I feel has developed from my personal experiences and influences my approach to clients.
I focus on creating a different and unique type of relationship to that which you may have experienced previously, with no demands or expectations. I accept you for who you are, valuing your individuality and endeavouring to view the world as you see it. I trust that this supportive relationship will help you to achieve personal growth enabling you to reach your full potential.
I relish working with couples as I feel good relationships are integral to our well-being. I enjoy supporting couples who have become stuck or distanced from each other to establish better communication and a deeper emotional connectedness.
The foundations of my therapy are always built using honesty, respect and empathic understanding. On our journey together, exploring your world, I may offer my insights and an opportunity to enhance your self-awareness.
