A confidential counselling service offered within Chiddingfold Godalming, Milford, Petworth, Guildford, Farnham, Witley and surrounding areas working with low self esteem, Anxiety, Abuse , relationship issues, Phobias, bereavement, anger management, depression, job loss, Work issues, uncertainty, confusion and a lot lot more in a tranquil therapy room with a cosy log fire for those cold winter days, by a warm, down to earth, well spoken none judgemental Counsellor.

I provide a Confidential Counselling service working with bereavement, anger management, depression,confusion, relationships & family problems and Work related issues that arrise from low self- esteem, abuse, childhood issues, phobias, uncertainty or loss of eployment. I work with eating disorders and other teenage issues relating to family, social & peer pressure and much more.

I am a warm, none judgemental Therapist, a fabulous listener and accepting of all, I do not discriminate against difference or diversity, in fact I embrace them.



I am an Integrative Counsellor, this is a Counsellor whom has all the essential qualities above and beyond to work together with you ethically, and to provide you with whats needed to get to the root of any issues you may have.

For those of you that would like to know this sort of thing, I have trained in person centred Theory, Existential philosophy and Psychodynamic Theory  for many years and gained  experience with teenagers and addicts. Other than this I have helped people from all walks of life UK and abroad.

I come from a spiritual path of having of myself lived a very full life, which has enabled me to gain a deeper awareness of self and others that in turn has enabled me to be more empathic at a deeper level. I am able to think outside the box and see what is needed in order to integrate what's essential for positive growth.

My ultimate goal is to offer the best of therapy to my ability wherever there is a need for it. Offering my clients the room for positive growth to occur resulting in a happier existance.

Fees

• First session is free and lasts 30 minutes. An assessment is done to check I am the right Counsellor for you,and to check counselling is for you. Following this the fees are:
  
  £30 per 50 minute session.
  
  If you are not working a special rate of £20 per 50 minute session is available, but is not applicable to the package deal of buy 5 get one free.

Further Information

I am located in Chiddingfold Godalming Surrey GU8, Monday to Friday 9a.m to 2pm, and Wedensday evening's I offer Therapy for those that work from 4.30pm to 8pm. the room has a nice cosy log fire for those cold winter day's. And I can also offer Counselling every alternate Saturday starting May 5th 2012.
