I am an accredited counsellor with the BACP, I have been a qualified Integrative counsellor since July 2009 then later trained in CBT.
I work privately and have done since 2013, I am able to offer short, medium and long term counselling.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have a diploma in Counselling and accredited with the BACP this means "my practice has been deemed to meet the standard for a competent, ethical and independent practitioner". I am an Integrative counsellor and also trained in CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I have worked with the high end of mental health clients who were self referred/referred from a number of mental health services in Canterbury. I also worked voluntary with the Umbrella Counselling for four years.
I understand your first initial step to calling a counsellor can leave you feeling very anxious, this is to be expected and is a perfectly natural response.
When you call we will look at your needs and what your hopes and gains from counselling are, also work around you concerning times and days that you are able to attend. Sessions are on a weekly basis and are 50 minutes per session. If you are happy with this.....then we will book you in for your first session.

My aim is to offer affordable counselling, therefore I have tried to keep my fees low, but these may be subject to change in the future.
My current fees are:
- £20 per session for non-working
- £25 per session for part-time
- £30 per session for working
- £35 - £40 per session for referrals from organisations/businesses
Monday 9:30am - 2:30pm
Tuesday 9:30am - 2:30pm
Wednesday 9:30am - 2:30pm
Thursday 9:30am - 2:30pm
Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm
weekends are a option but will be charged at a higher rate.
