Lisa Eringer MBACP, PGDip, BSc
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) with experience working with a wide range of people and concerns.
I offer a safe and confidential space where we can explore together your experience of living and gradually uncover the cause of your distress and enable you to move forward in your life with greater awareness and understanding.
I have trained in Psychotherapy for many years at Regent's School of Psychotherapy & Psychology which combines modalities of existential, psychoanalytic and person-centred. This means that although primarily my approach is existential, based on philosophy and meaning, I appreciate the uniqueness of every client and adapt to suit your needs.
It can be a big and difficult decision to decide to come to therapy and in choosing the right therapist for you. Before an initial session I am happy to answer any questions by email, phone or Skype free of charge so that you can find out more about what I offer and to get a sense of what I am like before meeting.
If you would like to meet for an initial session I will let you know the times I have available and we will go from there. My practices are both a few minutes walking distance from either Hampstead or Angel tube stations.
Initial sessions are a full, 50 minutes, paid for appointment. Where you will be able to get a clear idea of what I offer. This will be your space to say something about what brings you to therapy as well as what your hopes and expectations are. And I am happy to say something about myself and how I work.
If you wish to continue we can agree to meet at the same time every week.
