There are times in life when things can feel overwhelming, unpredictable or unsettling. It may even be that you can’t quite put your finger on how you feel or what is different. I can offer a safe and non-judgemental place to talk and assist you in finding new and creative ways of processing difficult events in life.
I am very passionate about my counselling work and making a positive difference.
Most of my experience has been in an NHS setting and I have worked with a range of difficulties including, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low mood, work related stress, grief, and relationship breakdown, identity, personal development.

- Certificate in Counselling Level 3 (2015)
- Helping skills Level 2 (2014)
- Introduction to Counselling Level 1 (2013)
- 2 years face to face counselling in an NHS setting
- 1 year Peer Mentoring in the community

I believe there are times when we need to talk but we are not ready to say things out loud and I can aid you in getting there via email or text until you are ready for a face to face session or telephone or Skype session.
