I am a professionally qualified counsellor and psychologist with experience of helping adults who are feeling overwhelmed, lost and anxious due to crisis and transitions in their life. I have provided counselling to individuals to help them to live with depression, manage their anxiety, deal with stress, improve their self-esteem, cope with bereavement, recover from separation and heal the impact of childhood trauma.
The outcome of my work has been that individuals increase their sense of wellbeing, gain insight into difficulties, change ways of behaving and find ways of coping. My approach enables people to establish a balance of mind, body, feelings and spirit, which can help them to identify core purpose and use their will to direct them towards realising their potential.

I have a Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling, I am a Registered member of the BACP and a Trainee Therapist Member of the UKCP. I am studying for a Diploma in Psychotherapuetic Counselling at the Institute of Psychosynthesis, accredited with Middlesex University.
I am also a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) with a PhD that focused on understanding resistance to change. I have experience as a coach, group facilitator and trainer and I am a Chartered Member of the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
