Linda Gwatkin MBACP Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor.
07709935424 / 07709935424
As an experienced and accredited Integrative Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist I draw upon my knowledge of several therapeutic approaches, to establish what might help you as an individual. I am experienced in both short term and long term therapy.
Have you been feeling overwhelmed, confused, anxious, numb or distressed, perhaps your thoughts, feelings or concerns seem unclear?
I aim to offer a professional non-judgemental, safe, respectful and confidential environment in which you can explore or unpick your experiences to gain a better understanding of what is happening to you and find a way to manage this.
It can be difficult to talk about personal things so it is important to find a counsellor that is right for you. One that you can trust and be open and be honest with.
If you would like to meet me to find out if I might be someone you could talk to, then please do contact me to arrange a free, no obligations 30 minute Initial Assessment. We will be able to discuss what your concerns are, how we will work together and I will also be able to answer any questions that you may have. This can be conducted either over the telephone or face to face. The choice is yours.
