Linda Gillham BA Hons BACP (Accred) Counsellor
I am a qualified counsellor offering short and long term counselling to support individuals and couples to make the changes they want in their lives.
Are you having problems with relationships? Experiencing low mood? Feeling anxious? Experiencing problems at work? We can work together in there here and now to help you, at your own pace and in your own way, explore the issues you are facing and help you to understand what is happening, why it is happening and the changes you could make.
Finding the right therapist is important, so I offer a free consultation session to explore if we would like to work together. After initial contact by email or phone we can meet and discuss what areas of of your life you are struggling with. If we decide to work together we will then find a convenient weekly slot to begin working together. This doesn't have to be at the same time or day each week.
I have over ten years experience in a range of issues: Anxiety, abuse, anger, depression, eating disorders, stress, low self-esteem, separation and divorce, personality disorder, bi-polar, behavioural problems, relationship difficulties, employment issues, domestic violence, family issues, transition including military personnel.
I am an Accredited Registered Member of the BACP (MBACP) and work using Transactional Analysis.
I currently have both day, evening & Saturday appointments available.
