Profile

Most of us have times in our lives when we suffer distress and confusion.
As an empathic and compassionate counsellor I will provide you with the freedom to clarify and understand your feelings without interpretation or criticism.

Taking the first step towards counselling can be unsettling but talking to someone who does not know you or your family can be extremely liberating and rewarding and may help make things clearer.

You will be given the opportunity to examine your personal issues within a safe, confortable and confidential environment.

I offer face to face long and short term work. Together we will explore and aim to connect with those inner resources and strengths that will lead to a more fulfilling life.

My counselling practice is situated near Bray, Berkshire within easy reach of Maidenhead, Windsor and surrounding areas.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I hold a H.E Diploma in Person Centred Counselling, and as a member of British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) I adhere to the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I have been practicing for 10 years.

In addition to my private practice I currently work for a youth counselling agency and have experience of working in schools.

I hold professional insurance and am committed to ongoing counsellor related training

Individual counselling £40.00 per 1 hour session, concessions and student rates negotiable
