Lily Serena MBACP
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, which means my work is informed by a range of counselling theories and approaches.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy (BACP).
There are many reasons people seek therapy , relationship problems, life events and transitions, loss, past trauma, feelings of anxiety, experiencing panic attacks, depression as well as many other reasons.Through creating a collaborative relationship, I aim to offer a safe confidential space to explore and process the difficulties you may be facing in your life. I can offer both long term open ended therapy and time limited therapy IE: an agreed amount of sessions.
Taking the first step to seek support can in itself be difficult ,I aim to make this a comfortable process if you contact me I will always reply and respond to any questions you may have , I will then have a chat over the phone with you and when you feel ready arrange an initial session .
