Lesley Tyrer - Dip.Counselling - member of the Bacp
I am an experienced counsellor living and working in Hastings. I am very passionate about counselling and supporting people through tough times. I offer a confidential, non judgemental space in which to explore any issues you may have. I offer one to one counselling in a purpose built therapy room in a secluded part of my garden.
I also offer walking talking counselling for the client who feels that being face to face with a counsellor is too stressful or intense for them. There is also so much research on the benefits of being in the great outdoors in regards to helping with depression and anxiety and its calming effect on the mind.
How does this work? On contact for the first time, we can arrange a mutually convenient time for a first session. At this session you can book the next session if you feel comfortable enough to continue working with me and decide that this is what you want. There is no pressure to continue if you feel its not right for you.
Do you question why you keep, ending up in relationships that are unhealthy for you and why you constantly feel that your putting everyone first but no-one seems to be able to do the same for you? Do you struggle to say no and then feel resentful? have you decided that enough is enough and you want to stop putting yourself through this emotional turmoil and you want things to change? Well you have all the answers to your problems but sometimes you need someone to help you unravel them, this is where counselling comes in. Give me a call, text or email to book a chat with me to see if we cant work this out together.
