Life is rarely straightforward and as a relational counsellor I do recognise that there are times when we become unable to see a way through our difficulties. Counselling individuals and couples, in Leeds City Centre and North Leeds, I offer confidential support to help you explore and to deal with distressing life events in a safe space.
Each client is unique which is why I integrate various theoretical approaches to suit your needs. You may have relationship issues or be feeling overwhelmed by depression, stress or anxiety. Whether the difficulties you are experiencing are with your self, relationships with partners, family or friends, you can be honest without the fear of being judged. Together we will make sense of your painful or troubling feelings, at a pace you feel comfortable with, so that changes can take place and you can consider new options.
Engaging in this process and becoming truly in touch with your feelings not only helps to heal the past, but also enables you to understand yourself better and offers you healthier and more fulfilling relationships with others, which will sustain you in all aspects of your life.
If you have any questions I would be happy to discuss them with you before making an appointment. Please call me on (07803 060215) or, if you prefer, please send an email: email@example.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
