Each one of us is individual and unique and within us we can discover our own answers to the questions and difficulties that we face. Counselling is about uncovering what hinders us from fully being the person we know ourselves to be. Through dialogue our explorations can provide insights into those areas and allow the changes needed to experience and engage with ourselves and life more fully. I provide support and encouragement within a safe and confidential environment in which to allow you the opportunity to explore a deeper understanding of yourself, your development, direction, emotions, issues, questions and advancement.

I am a professionally qualified Counsellor and have been working over 15 years. I have worked in a variety of areas including individual and couple counselling, facilitating therapy groups and teaching.

Fees

Initial Assessment  The first session is offered at half price of £20.

Individual Counselling £40  -  for 60 minute sessions.  Also available is 1½ hour sessions.

Couple Counselling  £50  -  for 60 minutes.

Supervision I am currently a trainee in Counselling Supervision and offering sessions at £20  -  for 60 minutes

Concessions are available .

I am happy to work short-term or long-term, depending on your needs.

Skype Counselling and Telephone Counselling

Is also available to individuals who live at a distance and/or for whatever reason are unable to make it too my work place.

Appointment Availability

I am available for morning, afternoon and evening appointments.
