We are a group of Person Centred Approach counsellors dedicated to providing you with a safe, confidential and friendly environment in which to explore and discover your own issues, worries or concerns in a bid to help you make the changes you are looking for.

We are available for appointments 7 days a week at any time convenient to you if at all possible.

We have a mixture of male and female counsellors with a range of particular interests and specialties that may be of particular use to you if required.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

All of our counsellors are professionally qualified to at least advanced diploma standard already. Proof of qualification and relevant insurance documents are always available for inspection if required.

Fees

Our hourly fees are initially set at £35.00 per hour but there may be discretionary fees available with individual counsellors depending on needs and circumstances - please feel free to ask and we will discuss it with you openly and honestly.

CBT therapy is also available from one of our counsellors at present; please ask for further information when contacting us via either telephone or email and we will strive to accommodate your preferences whenever we can.
