Profile

I am an accredited Person-Centred Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapists. I have worked with many individuals who have been distressed and finding life a real struggle. Through therapy they have been able to understand the roots of their pain and distress. The therapeutic process offers recovery and can support you to heal from the difficulties you are experiencing.

I have worked successfully with a number of issues including Depression, Anxiety, Work Related Issues, Stress, Family Therapy, Bereavement, Abuse, Eating Disorders and Couple/Relationship Issues.
