Often we become overwhelmed by life experience's and all too often our lives take turns, tumbles and even feel out of our control. It is with this In mind, that I offer 50 min confidential without judgement sessions, in a safe and comfortable environment for you to explore these twists and turns in life.
In our lives, there are so many emotions and circumstances such as relationships, bereavement's, anxiety, depression and stress to name a few and sometimes it feels like its an impossible task to know where to start, let alone reach an end.
I have worked in the social care industry for around 18 years, and general counselling practice since 2013. I have worked with many families, teens and retired individuals as well as the LGBT community and mental health teams, working with many presenting problems from anxiety , depression mental health and youth counselling.Counselling is unique to every person, and your journey is specific to you.
But sometimes taking that journey with someone in a safe environment can feel more tolerable.
