Laura Walden Reg BACP, Dip.Couns
Laura Walden Integrative Counsellor (Member of BACP)
Life can throw some challenges at us from time to time, and sometimes it can feel like you can't see the wood for the trees or a clear path ahead, sometimes you just need someone to listen and help you to explore your anxieties, events or issues, a caring space to acknowledge your feelings.
My aim as a counsellor is to provide the right conditions, a confidential, non-judgemental relationship, to help you find your unique self again, to develop new coping strategies for your journey ahead empowering you to be in control of your life.
If you are wondering what to expect, the first session is half the normal session charge, and is a chance to meet and find out if what is on offer is what you are looking for, so please feel free to contact me. There will be no obligation or pressure.
