Welcome to my page and I hope you will find it helpful.
You are most likely here because you, or someone you are close to, may be going through a difficult time. I believe that in recognising you are struggling and finding the strength to ask for help you are on the first step towards changing your current situation.
I will offer you a non-judgemental and confidential space to discuss your thoughts and feelings about anything you may be facing, or simply wish to explore. I believe that in talking about your issues in an accepting environment where you can be fully understood, clarity can be gained and I can assist you in working towards a resolution that is best for you.
My therapeutic approach is Person-Centred, however, I do hold CBT principles in mind when working with clients, and have a good understanding of mindfulness-based approaches also.
