Hi there, my name is Laura Coutts and I am a fully qualified, accredited Counsellor working in the Southside of Glasgow. My approach is underpinned by my training in the Person Centred Approach to Counselling and I offer Counselling to Individuals in a professional and safe environment.
Counselling can be a very proactive and positive step in developing a greater understanding of yourself, your life experiences and your current situation. I am committed to developing a collaborative therapeutic relationship where you will be gently supported to explore your individual concerns and the best way forward for you. Counselling can help you to increase your self awareness, gain insight and understanding, support you to identify and clarify key themes and patterns and sensitively allow space for acceptance and healing. I can work with you to explore and consider your options and look at ways of creating supporting strategies for the future.
