Laney Fawcett-Nijhof MSc, BSc, Registered member MBACP
My name is Laney and I work in private practice in Stourbridge.
At times, our feelings and experiences may threaten to overwhelm us. At other times we may need someone to talk to, to achieve clarity around the thoughts we have. Whatever your personal motivations for coming to counselling are, I believe I can help you.
I offer a caring, non-judgmental and highly supportive environment where issues can be explored at a pace that works for you.
The central focus of my practice is to treat each person as an individual and facilitate progress towards psychological health and well-being, while providing undivided attention to the issues that you may bring to the session.
In our work together, I can help you explore and increase awareness of your feelings and experiences which can have numerous benefits to you:
- Allow ownership of your feelings and thoughts;
- Increase your feelings of personal control;
- Improve your decision making skills;
- Increase or strengthen your esteem, confidence and assertiveness.
