I am a qualified integrative counsellor and am passionate about people. I truly believe that we have the answers within ourselves however sometimes, we cannot see them without a little help and support. My counselling room offer's a safe environment in which you can explore your feelings and experiences to better understand them and to make the changes you wish to make.
I will work with you, as an individual, utilising my skills to ensure that the service is tailored to your specific needs and requirements. Counselling is a fluid process and it's important that you are in control of how your counselling progresses, I work closely with my clients to ensure that they are empowered and able to use the new skills learned, in their everyday lives.
Training, qualifications & experience
FDSC in Integrative Counselling
Additional Qualifications in eating disorders and NLP.
Experience of working with a variety of clients facing many challenges from bereavement, to anxiety, trauma and PTSD as well as a whole host of other complex issues.
