I can help you with all those emotions and anger, by helping you understand what the root cause is, and work with you to see a better future.

I offer a deep empathic listening ear with no judgements.
I’m a fully qualified and accredited counsellor and hypnotherapist based in Manchester. I also have a specialism in helping to understand and guide you through the darkness of losing your baby or child. I use a mixed approach and adapt using other approaches depending on the situation.
With a caring gentle manner and professional insight, I offer a safe place for you talk, to be yourself and to be really heard. My mission is to help you break free from negative thoughts so you can discover your emotional strength and embrace a new way of thinking.
When you contact me, the initial session is £20, in order to find out more about what you need and and allow you to ask me any questions and then we will arrange sessions if it is what you need.
I contract for 6 - 8 sessions initially and will then review.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have accreditation in child infant loss. I understand the complexities of this and how this differs from general bereavement. If you have suffered from losing a child, I am am to offer you a safe place to talk through all the differing emotions you are going through in safe place.
I have an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling - AD Dip PC. I am an accredited registrant with the National Counselling Society. My membership number is NCS15 - 02217
I have a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills - Dip HYP CS. I am registered with The National Hypnotherapy Society. My membership No is HYP14-01908.
I’ve over 12 years’ experience in various roles helping people through a wide range of issues, that had made broadened my understanding extensively, and I do not discriminate on any grounds.
I volunteer at Cruse Bereavement Care, and have provided long-term listening support for The Samaritans. I work for a charity helping people with Immigration law, supporting people from different backgrounds through the immigration process. Having witnessed the distress this process can cause, I understand life can be difficult whoever you are, and am able to offer you help.

Hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy can be effective with a variety of different issues. If you want to make positive changes in your life it can be an excellent motivator. There may be things from your past that you would like to explore or there may be things in the present that you want to try and change.
I can help with self confidence, self esteem, relaxation, public speaking, changing habits /modifying behaviours, emotional issues, anxiety and job interviews.

I am a firm believer that asking for help is a sign of strength and not of weakness.
I also believe that living in a multi cultural society has its own set of issues ranging from forming your own identity, fitting in with what is expected of you and merging your personal life with your social and work one. There are also other issues that emerge, and I am able to understand and empathise with these.
