Profile
I believe sharing can enable us to see things in a different way. Unresolved issues can leave you feeling unhappy and unable to move forward. Sharing a journey can offer support with looking at the deepest part of ourselves.
Counselling is a relationship built on trust that will develop with time, it is important for you to find a counsellor you feel comfortable with. Our first session will give us opportunity to discuss your expectations, and establish if counselling is right for you and most importantly if we both feel we can work together. I aim to provide affordable one to one counselling either short or long term. I work in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental counselling practice near Peterborough which is easily accessible with parking space.
I regularly attend CPD (continued professional development) training and workshops to keep my skills up to date and learn of new developments. I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I hold full professional indemnity insurance.I attend regular supervision to ensure I am practicing ethically and safely to BACP standards.
