About me

I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor (though I will use other models where applicable). I am also insured and a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).

Ethos
If you feel ready to explore you an your experience of life or if you are willing to try and understand what is going on and want to embark on a journey of change, then I would feel privileged to share this exploration and journey with you.
I believe that each of us is our own expert, and this knowledge about ourselves can be released to help us to be the best we can be, given the space, time and conditions to do so. The pace and direction are in your hands and held within a safe and professional framework.

Issues
All the issues affecting a person are important at the time. These could be: religion, anxiety, depression, bereavement, sexuality, fears, bullying, domestic violence or something else. I will meet the person where they are at and go with them as they manage and negotiate their way through their issues.
