Profile
I am a professionally qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist based in London Bridge and in Dartford, Kent.
There are times in life when we are faced with difficulties or problems that we cannot manage on our own. Sometimes it can be difficult to talk to family or friends about how we are feeling and it can be easier to talk to somebody who is neutral and non-judgemental.
I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore and work through the things in your life that are troubling you. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, which recognises that current difficulties or problems may be linked to earlier experiences. Understanding the underlying nature of your emotional difficulties can help to relieve suffering and can open up the possibility for change. This approach can be helpful for issues such as:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Stress
- Low self-esteem
- Bereavement
- Relationship difficulties
I offer one-to-one, once-weekly sessions on a short term or long term basis, depending on your needs.
I am based in Dartford, Kent from Monday to Thursday and in London Bridge on a Saturday.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I trained at WPF Therapy in London Bridge, one of the most reputable training organisations in the UK. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice from Roehampton University, passing with Distinction.
