Keith Carlton, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist
I am an experienced United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) accredited psychotherapist based in Canterbury.
I offer either individual psychotherapy or couple and relationship counselling, and will work with you either in a shorter term, solution-focused manner, when addressing specific problems in the here-and-now, or longer term in a psychoanalytically-based model, when exploring deep seated issues which require a longer term intervention. I work face to face and also by phone and Skype
I work with a broad range of issues including:
- separation issues
- low self esteem
- the impacts of trauma or abuse
- and interpersonal or relationship difficulties.
