I am a qualified, experienced Humanistic Counsellor and I have completed my training at Canterbury College. I am member of the BACP and able to offer Counselling to adults, teenagers and children. I have extensive experience working with young people and Mental Health and my aim is to offer a safe confidential place where worries or issues can be explored in a non-judgemental, empathic way. I am able to offer long, medium and short term Counselling and I am able to work with a wide variety of issues that may be concerning you.
I volunteer at Porchlight working with vulnerable young adults and substance addition. For counselling to work, it is important to feel safe, supported and respected and this is what I aim to provide along with being empathic and non-judgemental. Every person is unique which is why I have a flexible approach, working in ways most beneficial for each individual.

NVQ 2 - Teaching assistant.
Diplomas in Reflexology, Hot stone therapy and Indian head massage.
VTCT Level 2 - Nail treatments.
VTCT Level 3 - Swedish body massage.
Course completed - MHFA (mental health first aid; youth)
AQA Intermediate Level National Award - Instruction to counselling concepts.
Level 2 certificate (CPCAB) - Counselling skills.
Level 3 certificate (CPCAB) - Counselling studies.
Level 4 Diploma – Humanistic Counselling.
I also have various certificates in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Assessments, Self-Harm training and Suicide.
In Portal House School, I am in continuing various training for a wide variety of issues. Such as: child protection, mental health, Boxall Profile, first aid training and health and safety.
