I am an established counsellor with 8 years' experience of working for a highly respected local counselling charity. I offer a relaxed, confidential, non-judgmental environment in which difficult thoughts, feelings and life experiences can be thought about and talked about safely and carefully. I aim to put my clients at their ease, and to tailor the way I work to each individual person. I am aware that coming to counselling is a big step for many people to take, and it is important that you find a counsellor you feel you can relate to and work with. In my experience, most people benefit from the opportunity to talk over their problems with someone who is not involved but is on their side, who is committed to listening carefully and trying to help them to find a way through their difficulties. For some people this experience is truly life-changing.
