Counselling and psychotherapy can help you to accept yourself as you are and also to make the changes that you need to improve your life and to help you reach your full potential. For many people, deciding to see a counsellor is the first step to feeling more in control of their lives.

I am a fully qualified Integrative counsellor, this means that I make my way of working sensitive to the needs of all my clients and I am not fixed by any one theory or method. I am also a qualified hypnotherapist.

I work in my private practice room in the Cambridge city centre on weekdays, two evenings a week and alternate Sundays. I am a trained cbt and rebt counsellor and am an associate therapist for CBT Services Ltd. I have completed masterclasses in depression and bereavement counselling. I have been working with clients for 6 years now with a wide variety of issues as well as also having a wealth of personal experience to draw on.
What makes me different to other counsellors ? Well I work with clients for just under 90 minutes and not 60 minutes as I find this more conducive to progress. My background in hypnotherapy means that I can use this as another valuable tool if required with very good results. The first hour is free and is more an informal way of seeing how I can help you. So there is nothing to lose and everything to gain. I also offer a concession rate for people on a low income . It is never too late to change your life for the better. I look forward to meeting you.
